Baldwin Hardware Wins ADEX Awards
-Receiving Recognition at Platinum, Gold and Silver Levels-
Reading, Pennsylvania – Baldwin Hardware, manufacturers of architectural and decorative hardware
products for the home, announced that it has received four 2008 ADEX Awards (Awards for
Design Excellence), presented by the Design Journal, a publication geared toward interior designers,
architects and facility managers.
Baldwin received a Platinum Award for a new contemporary styled
stainless steel door knob; and, a Gold Award for its collection of decorative roses, an expanded
offering that coordinates with existing Baldwin knobs and levers.
The company also received Silver
Awards for its contemporary Houston entrance set and its new introductions of knobs, levers and
roses within the Estate collection.
The ADEX Awards, which have been honoring excellence in
design for 13 years, received more than 1200 entries from over 300 companies for consideration in
2008’s judging. Since Baldwin began submitting entries in 2003, the company has won 13 ADEX
Awards.
