Abloy Protec2 - A Legend Revised

Abloy Protec2 is the newest revised version of the world reknowned Abloy High security Key Systems.
It is a product that is well known for it's super-high pick resistance and bump proof qualities.
The keys cannot be duplicated by any mainstream duplicator. It offers unsurpassed high security mechanical protection for all mechanical locking applications.

Abloy products are found worldwide and are considered to be in the upper echelon of security hardware products. few products offer similar qualities to Abloy Protec2.

The original Abloy Classic, Exec, Pro and Protec high security key systems are not sold as widely in the USA as they are in other countries, probably due to price and one other factor, that i learned about 25 years ago.

Apparently, in the USA there is some section of the building code that frowns upon a key cylinder turning 360º to be able to activate a mechanism (but I cannot find it).

I have personally keyed up Abloy Classic, Exec, Pro and Protec systems, during my tenure with companies abroad and always found it to be extremely well made and very secure. Abloy products are especially long lasting in harsh climates, because the core principle of the systems involves disc detainers as opposed to pin tumbler mechanisms. The lack of springs in the chamber, increases the longevity of the cylinders and means less (generally) lubrication.
